Terms and Conditions – Inspection, Returns & Refunds

Item Preview (Before Delivery or Pickup)

Before your order is delivered or collected, REQUES may, upon request, provide live images or videos showing how the items actually look, especially for clothing displayed on a mannequin. This allows customers to better assess items prior to delivery or pickup.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Condition of Items

For clothing items to be eligible for return consideration, they must not be worn, altered, damaged, stained, or have any distinct odors, including perfume or deodorant.

Inspection Timeframe

  • Upon receiving your order, you have five (5) hours to inspect the items and confirm they meet your expectations.
  • For pickup orders, inspection must be done at the time of collection.
  • Once you leave the store, warehouse, or pickup location, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

This same policy applies to bags, glasses frames, and all other products sold on our online platform.

For delivered orders, customers must inspect their package within five (5) hours of delivery and notify REQUES immediately if there is an issue.

Refund & Exchange Process

Where a refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed on the same day or within forty-eight (48) hours, depending on the customer’s banking institution.

Refunds are issued only if a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available.

Return Methods

Returns may be made by:

  • Dropping off the item(s) at any of our locations: Kingston, May Pen, or St. Elizabeth; or
  • Sending the item(s) back via Knutsford Express or Zipmail if you are located outside these areas.

If the returned item is found to be exactly as ordered and correctly supplied, the return or refund request will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

Refunds or exchanges apply only in cases where the customer received an incorrect item or order.
