Payment & Delivery Information
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery. For added convenience, customers may also choose to pay for their entire order online at checkout.
Delivery Locations
Deliveries are available within the parishes where our stores are located:
- Kingston
- May Pen
- St. Elizabeth
For customers outside these areas, we offer delivery via Knutsford Express and Zipmail.
Delivery Instructions & Signature
At checkout, customers may include additional delivery instructions, such as preferred delivery timeframes or delivery method.
All delivered orders require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise stated by the customer at checkout.
Packaging & Item Availability
All items in an order are packed and delivered together as one package.
If an item becomes unavailable or is sold out, the customer will be contacted and notified before delivery.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on location. Certain areas may require higher delivery fees to ensure timely and secure delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the Caribbean.
For deliveries to other Caribbean countries, the estimated shipping timeframe is approximately two (2) weeks.
